Shipping & Policies

Payment: I accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

Processing and Shipping Time: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Items will be sent via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise arranged between seller and buyer.

Returns and Refunds: I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. If you are unsatisfied with your item, please contact me within 5 days of delivery and I will be happy to exchange it. Returns must be shipped to me within 14 days of delivery. If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so within 2 days of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because of their nature, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

Customs and Duty Fees: Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply. Slope Girl Knits is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Sizing Details: Sizing details vary by item and are available on each listing. If you have questions or need a particular size, please contact me before purchasing to avoid resizing. If you receive your item and it does not fit, please let me know so we can determine if an exchange is needed. I can accommodate one free resize per order and will begin the resize after I have received the item in its original condition.

Care Instructions: Care varies by item and is available on each listing. Please read carefully prior to purchase and contact me with any questions.

Gift Wrap: Basic gift wrap and cards are free with all orders! Please include your request in the 'Notes to Buyers' or message me.

Tracking, Insurance and Address Accuracy: I include tracking and insurance on all items and ship only to the address on your receipt, unless otherwise directed. To avoid delays, please make sure your name and address are correct before purchase. If you would like your item shipped to someone else, please make sure to reflect that on your order or contact me immediately after purchase.

I take all efforts to make sure your items is shipped on time but cannot guarantee that the postal service will meet their delivery times. In the unlikely event that your item is lost or delayed by the carrier, please contact me so we can work with them to locate your item. Thank you!

Rush Orders: If you need something shipped quickly, please select one of the priority ship options and message me when you'll need your item by. I'll do my best to accommodate you!
